Intro to Photography
This class is designed to open up the world of photography to art and non-art students. The class is a general introduction to issues and techniques being addressed and used in contemporary and historical photography. By primarily focusing on visual literacy, students will gain insight into the operations of photographs in our culture. Ideas are exercised through the learning of basic camera operations and assignments focusing on technique as well as exploring different genres in the medium.
